Week 2 of the Biggest Loser

January 27, 2009 - This was not a good week for most of us on the team. I only lost a half a pound, but it doesn't matter because it was a loss, not a gain. However, the trophy was passed on to someone who lost more weight. This week, I am going to try and lose more than half a pound, remembering too, that it isn't good to lose a whole lot of weight each week, because when the eight weeks is up, if you don't stick to what you were doing, the weight will all come back in a matter of less then a week.

  1. Work your butt off. Lift your arms while sitting at your desk. :) Kick your feet. Squat while answering the phone. You should be able to lose more than 1/2 in a week consistently for awhile. :) Look at the biggest loser people. They lose 26 pounds in ONE week. lol. Wouldnt THAT be nice!
