December 25, 2010 - I went to Mindy's to watch the kids open presents and then later they came to my house to open some more. Ryan and Collin said this was their best year ever and although I didn't take pictures of everything they got, they did get alot of nice gifts. Santa Claus was on top of all the things they wanted this year.
I like to do a family gift too which consisted of snack items (for watching movies), DVD's, Wii games, Chuck E. Cheese and other stuff. The kids were delighted with everything.

Christmas Tree 2010 (partially decorated)
November 21, 2010 - Okay, so I got energetic and moved my furniture around yesterday and today after church the boys came over and decorated my tree. It looks "pink" because I used a flash. I now, after two years have figured out how to turn the flash off. A word of advice, I wasn't thinking when I bought the tree, but the lights are pastel (pre-lit tree). Not Christmasy at all. Oh well. I need to add more decorations....you will notice when I post Christmas pictures after Christmas.
Diary of a Wimpy Kid
November 9, 2010 - I wanted to suprise Ryan because Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Book 5 came out today. Mindy and I took him to Borders where they had a Wimpy Kid party going on. This book is purple and Ryan was able to get a purple hat as well. Not sure he was thrilled about a purple hat though. They played games could win prizes. Ryan won a Wimpy Kid poster. He answered alot of questions too.

French Toast
October 17, 2010 - Ryan had spent the night and we were trying to figure out what to have for breakfast before church. I don't think Ryan is a french toast fan, but if you make food look appetising to him, he will eat it without knowing what's in it. When I was younger, I remember having french toast with powdered sugar on it. The sugar takes away from any other taste your child might not like. I think if he knew the bread was dipped in egg, he may not have eaten it. He ate almost two toast slices. I think I have a winner here.
